During the first weekend of June, Anited, Santa Maria (aka Diva) and I headed to the Prietzen for a national competition. This was a great competition for my young horses to gather some ring experience.
Above is a picture of Dana, her Dad and I, sharing some laughs at the prize giving ceremonies :-)
Anited competed in the M class and we didn't end up placing, because it was a very stormy weekend and all the tents and flags flapping in the wind caused (a little...) extra tension in our test. Although Anited's exuberant energy often costs me many points, I know that one day, in the higher levels I will be very thankful for Anited's zest and spirit!
Anited acting like the little prince that he is, getting severed lunch while he is having a little afternoon nap
Diva, did he first L level test and placed 4th. I have given her the nick name 'Diva', because she is most certainly a spirited diva who loves showing off and strutting her stuff!
My Diva waiting to get her ribbon ;-)
